Introduction

This chapter explains how to install and use the HP JetAdmin software (version 2.5x and above) on a Windows 3.1 Novell NetWare system.

HP JetAdmin allows you to configure the parameters of the

HP JetDirect print server for Bindery and native Novell Directory Services (NDS). For information on configuring your printer for Bindery or NDS, see the sections “Configuring a Printer in Queue Server Mode (Bindery)” or “Configuring a Printer in Queue Server Mode (NDS)” in this chapter.

Note	NDPS (Novell Distributed Print Services) is
	Novell's next generation printing architecture.
	NDPS is standard in NetWare 5 and is available for
	NetWare 4.11 and intraNetWare. For additional
