1.Assemble pole bracket (12) using bolt (13) and Lock Nut (14) as shown.
IMPORTANT!
DO NOT OVER
TIGHTEN

Attach pole assembly to base using carriage bolts (15) washers(10) and nuts (11) as shown. Two people are required for this step.
