6.	Attach extension arm (18) to pole using		7. Attach board struts (29) to
	U-bolt (22), washers (19), nuts (8), as		extension arm using U-bolt
	shown. Install pole cap (24) as shown.		(30), strap (31), and nuts

	WARNING!		shown. Tighten completely.
