3 Months
Permalife® Filter Calendar: The PERMAlife® Filter indicator is located in the center of the calendar ring. To set the PERMAlife Filter counter, rotate the calendar ring to align the filter symbol () with the month that you checked/replaced the filter. Since the filter is designed for 6 months of use, the second indicator () will serve as a reminder to clean the filter every 6 months.
If the PERMAlife® filter () is checked in February, then the filter would need to be
checked again () in August. Figure 5. to check the filter, remove the front grill, Figure 1, and gently remove the Permalife filter from the unit.
NOTE: Remember the orientation of the filter when removing. Your new filter will be inserted in the same manner.
Secure the new filter inside the unit and replace the front grill.

Cleaning
NOTE: To avoid the risk of electric shock, the unit should be unplugged before cleaning.
1.Clean the outside of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. The front grill can be cleaned in soapy water after it has been removed from the unit and the
