CONTROLS
Control Module
The control module operates and monitors multiple functions such as warning lighting, seat delay, audible buzzer, PTO interlock and start timer.
Warning lights on the module include battery voltage, low oil pressure, high coolant temp and glow plugs. On initial start up, all lights will illuminate for one second and the buzzer will chirp one time.
Battery Voltage
The battery light will illuminate constant if the battery voltage drops below 12V and will flash if voltage jumps above 15V.
Oil Pressure
When the ignition switch is turned to ACC or RUN, the oil pressure light will illuminate until the engine is started.
After thirty seconds, the buzzer will sound and the ignition switch will need to be turned off and back on before the PTO will function. If the oil pressure drops to an unsafe level during operation, the buzzer will sound, the PTO will disengage and the ignition switch will need to be turned off and back on before the PTO will function.
Coolant Temperature
If the coolant temperature reaches an unsafe level, the light will illuminate for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, the buzzer will sound and the PTO will disengage and the ignition switch will need to be turned off and back on before the PTO will function.
Glow Plug
Depending on the ambient temperature, the glow plug light may also illuminate indicating that a

Once the engine is started, these lights will remain off unless there is low oil pressure, high coolant temp, or the alternator quits charging causing low battery voltage or battery voltage jumps to an unsafe level.
