Connecting the AC adapter

To connect the AC adapter:

1Plug the AC adapter into the DC IN jack on the left side of your player.

2Plug the AC adapter plug into a 110 V power outlet.

Caution

Always turn off your player before you unplug the AC adapter, or you may damage your player.

Connecting the car adapter

To connect the car adapter:

1Plug the car adapter into the DC IN jack on the left side of your player.

2Plug the other end of the adapter into a car cigarette lighter socket.

3Turn on your player.

Cautions

•You cannot use the car adapter to charge the battery.

•Do not connect the car adapter to a vehicle which uses a voltage of 24 V. See the documentation that came with the vehicle.

•If the display does not work normally when the vehicle is running, disconnect the car adapter and turn off your player. Reconnect the adapter, wait a few seconds, then turn on your player.
