Adjusting time settings
When you set up your TV for the first time, the clock
was set up. If you move your TV to a different time
zone, you need to reset the clock to the correct
time.

Setting the clock

To se t th e c loc k:
1Press TV-MENU. The on-screen menu opens.
2Press W or X to highlight SETTINGS, then press
T or OK. The SETTINGS menu opens.
3Press S or T to highlight Time, then press OK.
The SETTINGS · TIME menu opens.
4Press S or T to highlight Date/Time, then press
OK. The SETTINGS · TIME · DATE/TIME menu
opens.
5Press S or T to highlight Mode, then press OK.
A menu opens.
6Press S or T to highlight Manual (to set the
options manually) or Auto (the options are
automatically set by the TV signal source).
7Press OK to close the menu.
8Press S or T to highlight Time Zone, then press
OK. The TIME· TIME ZONE menu opens.
9Press S or T to select y our tim e zone, then p ress
OK. You can select Eastern, Central, Mountain,
Pacific, Alaska, Hawaii, Atla ntic or
Newfoundland.
10 Press OK to close the menu.
11 If your viewing area observes Daylight Saving
Time, press S or T to highlight Daylight
Saving, then press OK.
12 Press S or T to select On or Off, then press OK
to close the menu.
13 If you selected Manual for Mode:
• Press S or T to highlig ht Year, Month, or Day,
then press X to access the setting. Press S or
T to adjust the setting, then press OK.
• Press S or T to highlight Time, then press X to
access the setting. Press W or X to highlight
the hour, minute, or AM/PM field, then press S
or T to adjust the setting. When you are
finished, press OK.
14 Press TV-MENU to return to the previous menu,
or press EXIT to close the menu.
