SUMARIO DE PRECAUCIONES

A fin de usar correctamente este producto Invacare, es FUNDAMENTAL seguir las siguientes instrucciones:

ADVERTENCIAS GENERALS

NO instale este equipo sin antes leer y entender esta hoja de instrucciones. Si tiene dificultad en entender las Advertencias, Precauciones e Instrucciones, póngase en contacto con un profesional de cuidados de la salud, su proveedor o personal técnico, si aplica, antes de intentar la instalación de este equipo. De otro modo, herida personal o daño pueden ocurrir.

Las puntas de goma DEBEN de hacer contacto con el piso, el piso de la bañera, todo el tiempo.

Siempre inspeccione la Silla para Bañarse, para asegurarse de que está en una posición apropiada y estable, antes de usarla. NO la use si está desnibelada e inestable.

Inspeccione las puntas de goma y asegúrese de que no están rotas, cortadas o gastadas. Si una de estas condiciones existe, reempIazca las puntas de goma inmediatamente.

Este producto debe de usarse solamente en bañeras con pisos de un ancho mayor de 16 pulgadas.

Usuarios con limitaciones físicas deben de ser supervisdos o asistidos cuando usen la Silla para Bañarse.

NO use la silla de ducha como banco o dispositivo de traslado.

La Silla para Bañarse tiene una limitación de peso de 250 libras. (114 kg.).

ADVERTENCIAS SOBRE LA INSTALACION

Los recortes de enmedio en ambas patas deben de ser alineados según se muestra en la FIGURA 2, para lograr un ensamble seguro y apropiado. De otro modo, herida personal puede ocurrir.

Después de CUALQUIER ajuste, reparación o servicio, y ANTES de usarla, asegúrese de que todas las piezas están debidamente apretadas.

En los Modelos Nos. 75 y 85, asegúrese de que los botones fijadores sobresalen completamente a través de los respectivos hoyos de ajuste en cada pata ajustable, antes de usarla. Esto asegurará que las patas ajustables quedan bien seguras en su posición y que se ha logrado una altura nivelada.
