SECCIÓN 3—MANIPULACIÓN

El concentrador SIEMPRE debe mantenerse en posición vertical para evitar que el gabinete se dañe durante su transporte. El envase para envío está diseñado para garantizar la máxima protección para el concentrador.

Si el concentrador será reenviado mediante una empresa de transporte público, Invacare pone a su disposición cajas de cartón adicionales.

Desembalaje

NOTA: Para este procedimiento, consulte la FIGURA 3.1.

1. Verifique si la caja o su contenido presentan daños evidentes. Si hay daños evidentes, notifique al transportista o a su distribuidor local.

2. Retire todo el embalaje suelto de la caja.

3. Retire cuidadosamente todas las piezas de la caja.

NOTA: A menos que vaya a utilizar el concentrador de oxígeno INMEDIATAMENTE, conserve los envases y materiales de embalaje para almacenar el concentrador hasta que necesite usarlo.

Inspección

1.Inspeccione/examine el exterior del concentrador de oxígeno para detectar muescas, abolladuras, raspaduras u otro tipo de daño. Revise todos los componentes.

Almacenamiento

1.Almacene el concentrador de oxígeno reembalado en un lugar seco.

2.NO coloque otros objetos sobre el concentrador reembalado.
