3 Usage

3.1Installing the Invacare Matrx Vi or Kidabra-Vi

1.Position the cushion so the material

 

identification tags (not shown) face the rear.

Align the hook and loop strips (not shown) on

 

 

the bottom of the cushion with those on the

 

 

wheelchair seat.

Position the cushion onto the wheelchair as far

 

 

back as possible.

 

4.

Press down to ensure the hook and loop strips

 

 

are firmly engaged.

4 Care and Maintenance

4.1Cleaning

Outer Cover

The cover can be wiped clean with a damp towel.

The cover can be removed for laundering. Carefully remove the cover by unzipping the zipper found on the rear of the cushion. The zipper should be closed prior to laundering.

Machine wash using the delicate cycle and hang dry or tumble dry on low.

Inner Cover

The inner cover can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The inner cover should not be removed from the foam.

4.2Inspection

WARNING

￿DO NOT continue to use this product if problems are discovered. Corrective maintenance can be performed at or arranged through your equipment supplier.

Visually inspect parts including upholstery materials, foams (if accessible), and plastics, for deformation, corrosion, breakage, wear or compression.
