ALCI Safety Plug
This appliance is intended for HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized plug outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

CHECK ALCI WITH EACH USE:
The hair dryer is provided with a protective device (ALCI) that may make the appliance inoperable under some abnormal conditions (such as immersion of the unit). This device is equipped with a test button so that its operation can be checked. To ensure the plug is safe, it should
be checked each time before use.
RESET 
TEST
•Plug into power outlet.
•Press the RESET button.
•Press the TEST button, the RESET button should pop up.
•For use, press the RESET button again. Do not use if test fails.
•If plug fails or immersion occurs, this unit should be brought to a service center for examination and repair. Do not try to use it again.
IF HAIR DRYER STOPS:
Disturbances in your electrical current can trigger the safety plug. Press the RESET button until it clicks. Your dryer will resume operation.
