Rear Panel Power Connections
Important: Please strictly follow the steps in order as outlined below before operating your Model 12 Mono Power Amplifier.
1Verify that the VOLTS AC input identified on the rear panel near the AC input socket is the same as the AC mains voltage in your area. If the voltage does not match, do not connect the amplifier to AC power and contact your dealer immediately.
2Install the DC Power Supply Cable between the power supply and the amplifier section. There is a slot cut in the edge of the connector on each end of the cable, and this slot should be aligned to face up. Use the knurled ring on the connector to secure the cable to both the power supply and the amplifier.
3Verify that the AC MAINS CIRCUIT BREAKER and the POSITIVE and NEGATIVE SUPPLY CIRCUIT BREAKERS are closed.
4Install the AC Power Cable between the amplifier and your AC mains outlet.
Note: If the amplifier is to be moved to another location, always place the unit in Standby mode before disconnecting the AC power cable from the AC mains wall outlet.
