USING USB POWER

1.) Plug the small end of the USB cable (included) into the mini USB connector on the back of the unit.

2.) Plug the large end of the USB cable into your computer USB port if it supplies 5V DC, 1000mA or into a USB power adapter (not included) with an output port with rating DC 5V 1000mA. Insert the AC adapter into a wall outlet.

NOTE: If you use a USB power adaptor to power up this unit, then you can only play music via its AUX IN jack.

NOTE: These speakers are not magnetically shielded and may cause color distortion on the screen of some TVs or video monitors. To avoid this, you may need to move the speakers further away from the TV or monitor if unnatural color shifts or image distortion occurs.

PLAY MUSIC BY AUXILIARY INPUT

This unit provides an auxiliary audio signal input jack for connecting external audio devices like MP3 players, CD players and iPod/iPhones (except iPod shuffle 3rd gen) and allow you to listen to your external source through the speakers of this unit.

1.) Use an audio cable (included) with one 3.5 mm stereo plug on each end of the cable.

2.) Plug one end into the AUX-IN jack on the main unit and the other end of the cable into the Line-out Jack or Headphone Jack of your external audio device.

3.) Press the POWER button to turn on the unit. The blue LED under VOLUME UP/DOWN and POWER buttons lighting.

4.) Turn on your external audio device.

5.) Press the VOLUME UP/DOWN button to adjust the desired volume level. Operate all other functions on the auxiliary device as usual.

NOTE:

(1)If you’re connected to the Line Out Jack of your external device then you only need to adjust the volume control on the SMPS-200. If you’re connected to the Headphone Jack of your external device, then you may need to adjust both the volume control of your external device and the volume control on the SMPS-200 to find the most desirable volume setting.

(2)Press the POWER button to turning off the system when you finish listening. Don't forget to switch off the power of your external device as well.
