Setting the fence for exact cut widths is easy thanks to a magnifying cursor that is built into the T-square base. The cursor is adjustable side-to-side to insure maximum precision after the fence is installed and aligned.
The fence system is supported front and
back on heavy steel rails and guide tube. An adjustable height pad at the rear of the fence allows it to glide across the table smoothly. The pure strength of this mounting system creates a stable, permanent base that insures accuracy and easy of use for decades.
The 20” by 27” cast iron table surface is precision ground to insure it is perfectly flat. The useable surface expands to 44” by 27” with the extension wings. The JET
ProShop 10" Table Saw is available with heavy-duty steel or precision-ground cast iron extension wings. A pair of T- style miter slots are precision milled into the table surface. The ¾”-wide by 3/8”-deep miter slots accept all common table saw accessories.
A fully adjustable miter gauge comes with the JET ProShop 10" Table Saw. The guide bar features a removable T-slot follower and width adjusters to eliminate side play for super-stable cuts. The head can be set to any angle from 0 to 60-degrees left or right with adjustable stops at 0 and 45-degrees, also on both sides of zero.
