Selecting the Sound Modes
You can select one of the 6 preset sound modes (3 surround modes and 3 sound modes).
To select the sound modes, press SOUND MODE repeatedly until the desired sound mode appears on the display.
•The S. MODE indicator also lights up.

•Once you press SOUND MODE, the current sound mode appears on the display.
Each time you press the button, the sound modes change as follows:
ROCK

ROCK | : | Boosts low and high frequency. Good for | ||||

POP | : | Good for vocal music. | ||||

To select the surround modes, press SURROUND MODE repeatedly until the desired surround mode appears on the display.
• The SURR. indicator also lights up.

Only one of the sound modes or surround modes can be selected at a time.
