To Erase Individual Incoming Call Memory

1.Press “UP” and “DOWN” button to review calls you want to erase.

2.Press DEL button once to display “DEL CALLS?”

3.Press DEL button one more time and the phone number displayed on the LCD will be erased.

To Delete All Data at One Time

1.Press “DEL” and hold down for 3 seconds. LCD will display “DEL ALL CALLS?”

2.Continue to hold down “DEL” button until the LCD displays “NO CALLS.” This confirms that all of the incoming calls have been deleted.

3.If there are any calls that have not been reviewed you will not be able to delete the calls. The LCD will display “NEW MSG PROTECT”.
