The Keating Portable MIRACLEAN® Electric Griddle is designed to provide maximum performance with the benefits of a mobile unit. The mirror surface of the MIRACLEAN® is achieved in a special eight step process. Heat is kept on the surface allowing you to cook at lower temperatures while preventing over carameliza- tion and flavor transfer.

Encased in a stainless steel cabinet and mounted on casters, the Keating Portable griddle can be used as an auxiliary unit during breakfast, lunch and dinner when peak rush times are high. The convenience of added cooking capacity helps provide faster service for your customers because it’s perfect for toasting buns, grilling sandwiches, and much more.
