The Keating Portable MIRACLEAN® Electric Griddle is designed to provide maximum performance with the benefits of a mobile unit. The mirror surface of the MIRACLEAN® is achieved in a special eight step process. Heat is kept on the surface allowing you to cook at lower temperatures while preventing over carameliza- tion and flavor transfer.

Encased in a stainless steel cabinet and mounted on casters, the Keating Portable griddle can be used as an auxiliary unit during breakfast, lunch and dinner when peak rush times are high.
