EXPRESS DEFROST
One express defrost sequence is preset in the oven, The Express Defrost feature provides you with the quick defrosting method for 1.0 pound "GROUND BEEF" only.

NOTE: If the temperature from the range or cooktop
below the oven gets too hot, the exhaust fan in the
vent hood will automatically turn on at the LEVEL 5
setting to protect the oven.
It may stay on up to an hour to cool the oven.
When this occurs, the "VENT ON/OFF" button will not turn the fan off.
