Unplayable discs
This player cannot play back any of the following discs.
DVD AUDIO discs
CDV discs (Only the audio part can be reproduced.)
•A DVD video disc with a region code which does not match this unit or without a region code. For details, see "Region codes". (See page 7.)
•When the video format of a disc differs from that of the TV in use, the disc cannot be played normally. For details, see "Video Formats". (See page 9.)
Restrictions due to difference between discs

producers. Depending on the condition of this unit, operation may be restricted. As this player plays discs accord- |

ing to their intentions, some functions may not work as intended by you. Please be sure to read the instructions |

provided with each disc. When an inhibition icon is displayed on the TV screen connected to the player, it indicates |

that the disc being played is under the restriction as described above. |
