Function of the KDC-MPV7020/KDC-6020/KDC-5020

Tuner features

Selecting the Program Type display language.

1Enter PTY mode

Refer to <PTY (Program Type)> (page 16).

2Enter Changing Language mode

Press the [DISP] button.

3Select the language

Press the [FM] or [AM] button.

Each time the button is pressed the language switches as shown

below.

Language Display

English "ENGLISH"

French "FRENCH"

Swedish "SWEDISH"

German "GERMAN"

4Exit Changing Language mode

Press the [DISP] button.

Changing Language for PTY Function

Presetting the Program Type

1Select the Program Type to preset

Refer to <PTY(Program Type)> (page 16).

2Preset the Program Type

Press the [#1] —[#6] button for at least 2 seconds.

Calling up the preset Program Type

1Enter PTY mode

Refer to <PTY(Program Type)> (page 16).

2Call up the Program Type

Press the [#1] —[#6] button.
