Attach Foam Frame (8) to Adjustable Tube (12) using Bolts M10X65 (31), Washers M10 (36), and Nylon Lock Nuts M10 (39).
Slide Adjustable Tube (12) into Swivel Frame B (7) and secure using orange pop pin.
