To Remove Metal Grease Filters

1.Turn off fan and lights. Check that halogen lamp is cool. Using the filter handles, pull filter towards the front of the grill vent hood.

2.Pivot the back edge of the filter towards the back of the grill vent hood.

3.Drop the front edge of the filter down and remove.

To Replace Metal Grease Filters

1.Insert the back edge filter into the filter opening.

2.Place the front edge up into place in the channel and firmly press forward, depressing the springs while positioning the back edge of the filter into place in the rear channel.

METAL GREASE TRAYS

Metal grease trays should be cleaned along with the metal grease filters.

To Clean:

1.Remove metal grease filters. See “Metal Grease Filters” section.

2.Remove grease trays from the back channel as shown in following illustration. Clean and replace.

Replacing a Halogen Lamp

Turn off the grill vent hood and allow the halogen lamp to cool. Replace using the light bulb removal tool (provided).

If new lamps do not operate, make sure the lamps are inserted correctly before calling service.

1.Disconnect power.

2.Using the light bulb removal tool, twist the halogen bulb counterclockwise to remove.

3.Replace with a GU10, 120-volt, 35-watt, halogen lamp.

Check that the 2 pins on the light bulb are properly inserted in the lamp holder socket holes.

4.Using the light bulb removal tool, replace halogen bulb by twisting it clockwise into the socket.

5.Reconnect power.
