Inserting the batteries

•	Turn the battery compartment closure to the position “OPEN” and
	open the battery compartment .
•	Insert the batteries, 3 x 1.5V Type AAA/Micro, into the battery compart-
	ment . Ensure the polarities are correct, as shown in the illustration.
	Close the battery compartment. The appliance is now ready for use.

•When the batteries are exhausted, always replace all of them at the same time. For replacements, use ONLY the type of battery detailed in the Technical Data. In this regard, also take note of the notices contained in the section “Disposal”.

Placement

•	You can place the appliance on a hook or suspend it with a cord –
	for this, the suspension eyelet is available for use.
•	With the two supplied suction discs	you can also attach the appliance
	to smooth surfaces such as tiles or mirrors. To do this, insert the two suction
	discs into the mounting holes	at the rear of the appliance and then
	slide them outwards, resp. to the sides. Then press the appliance with the

suction discs against the smooth surface. Select a location where, should the suction discs loosen themselves, the appliance will not fall into water and also where it will not be seriously damaged by the fall.
