Ni-MH if you want to charge Ni-MH batteries.

Ni-Cd if you want to charge Ni-Cd batteries.
• Insert the batteries into the charging slots t.
Note:This appliance is equipped with an individual
shaft monitor, which allows it to charge 1 to 4
batteries of differing sizes (AA or AAA), capa-
city or charge condition. Ni-MH and Ni-Cd
batteries must not be loaded simultaneously.
Ensure that the batteries are inserted into the
charging slots in accordance with their polarities.
Otherwise, the batteries will not be charged.
• The charging process now begins. The Rapid
Battery Charger has a control lamp wfor each
cell in the charging slots t. The control lamps w
show the charging condition of the individual
batteries.
