ozone-free technology. Generally, printers create ozone due to negative main charge

systems. Kyocera has eliminated ozone creation by adopting the world’s first positive main

charge roller system. In order to maintain the longevity of this system while keeping print

quality high, a fine brush automatically cleans the roller on every pass.

The amount of toner remaining is usually a guessing game, you know when it’s full or empty,

but with Kyocera’s intelligent toner level monitoring, you always know exactly where you

stand. Genuine Kyocera toner ensures you get a precise

reading via the KM-NET utility. When it’s time for a refill, the

only tools you need to remove the toner container are your

fingers.

1,200 DPI AND NEW SHAPE-CONTROLLED TONER

There’s more to print quality than dots per inch. Kyocera has considered the dot itself. Because all toner is made of tiny particles, the shape of these particles has an impact on the appearance of the printed page. By making toner particles more spherical, images are clearer. For example, photo- graphs printed with shape-controlled toner have reduced moiré patterns. In other words, you’ll make a better client impression per inch.
