Welcome to the LTR-RBR (Remote Bell Ringer)

Lathem’s LTR8-512 Master Controller for Clocks and Bells is capable of storing up to eight (8) Schedules for Bells and Control Zones, each of which may contain up to sixty-four (64) multi-function ‘Events’. An ‘Event’ may be defined by a very simple instruction, such as “Ring the Bell on Circuit #4 for 3-seconds every day at 3:00PM”, or it may contain a more complicated definition, as, “On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Holidays, Activate Circuits #2, #3 and #4 at 2:45PM for a duration of 7-seconds.” While eight Schedules may be stored in the Master, the User may select which of the eight may be ‘Active’. As time advances each minute, the day and time are automatically compared against the Events stored in the Schedules which have been selected as ‘Active’. If a match is found, the programmed Event is executed. The Master Controller also provides the capability for Manually Activated Bells, through the use of KeyPad Function [#][3}[#], which allows the user to select one or more of the Bell Circuits to be activated by subsequent press of the [#] key.

The device employs a user-friendly LCD touchscreen interface that simplifies navigation and minimizes training time for employees. The intuitive interface allows users to quickly access their time records and provides clear instructions for clocking in or out. Administrators also benefit from the expansive reporting capabilities built into the LTR-RBR. Managers can easily generate detailed reports on employee attendance, hours worked, and overtime, which are essential for payroll processing and compliance.

Another significant advantage of the LTR-RBR is its connectivity options. It supports both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections, enabling easy integration into existing networks. This connectivity facilitates real-time data transfer to payroll systems, effectively streamlining the payroll process and reducing the potential for errors associated with manual data entry.

The LTR-RBR is designed with durability in mind, featuring a robust casing that can withstand the rigors of a busy workplace. Additionally, its sleek design allows for seamless integration into various office environments.

Power conservation is also a thoughtful feature, as the device is equipped with energy-saving functions that reduce electricity consumption during idle periods, making it an eco-friendly choice.

Overall, the Lathem LTR-RBR stands out as a comprehensive time tracking solution that combines cutting-edge technology with a user-centric design, making it an excellent choice for organizations looking to enhance their attendance management systems.
