BAT T ER Y I NS T RU CT I ON S
Follow these di rections when you n eed to change the ba tteries.
1. Unscrew the ba ttery compartm ent door located o n the
bottom of the bar n.
2.Inse rt three new LR44 button cell batteries (or equivalents,
such as SR44 butt on cell batterie s) following the d irections
inside the comp artment.
• Do not use rechar geable batteri es.
• Do not mix old and ne w batteries.
• Do not mix differe nt types of batter ies: alkaline,
standard (carbon zinc), or rechargeablebatteries.
• Non-recharg eable batteries are not to be re charged.
• Rechargeabl e batteries are to be r emoved from the uni t
before being ch arged.
• Rechargeabl e batteries are on ly to be charged und er
adult supervi sion.
• Only batterie s of the same or equiv alent type are to
be used.
• Batteries are t o be inserted with t he correct polari ty.
• Exhausted bat teries are to be remo ve from the unit.
• The supply ter minals are not to be sh ort-circuited .
3.Scre w the battery comp artment door bac k into place.
