PIN-UP

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This product has a polarized attachment plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fitfully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

CAUTION- INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO THE LAMP ANDIOR MOUNTING SURFACE MAY RESULTIF THE LAMP IS PULLEDFROM THE SURFACE.TO REDUCETHE LIKELIHOODOFSUCH INJURY OR DAMAGE, MOUNT ONLY ON A SURFACE THAT IS MECHANICALLYSOUND.

1. Locate MOUNTING PLATE in desired location and mark holes
with pointed tool to start screws (top edge of bottom clip
opening is center of MONOPOINT PIN-UP). See Fig. 1.
2. Screw MOUNTING PLATE to wall using screws supplied.	/

NOTE: a. It is best if screws are installed directly into a
stud behind wall.	f’
b. MOUNTING PLATE can be mounted directly on
sheet rock, provided screws are not over-	MONOPOINT PIN-UP
tightened.
c. If mounting surface is other than sheet rock (brick,	.i
concrete, laminated building materials or the like),
toggle bolts or plastic anchors should be used.

3.After MOUNTING PLATE is installed, clip on MONOPOINT PIN-UP as shown in Fig. 2 and plug into nearest outlet.

4. Install lighting unit as per instructions supplied.			CENTER
