READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLING FIXTURE

This fixture is intended for installation in accordance with the National Electrical Code and local regulations. To assure full compliance with local codes and regulations, check with your local electrical inspector before installation. To prevent electrical shock, turn off electricity at fuse box before proceeding.

WARNING: LIGHT FIXTURE and LAMP get extremely hot during operation. Allow FIXTURE to cool before handling.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LAMPING (Fig. 5 & 6)

1.Remove LOUVER by pulling straight out. (Fig. 5)

2.WARNING: RISK OF FIRE

Use only T-4 Tungsten – Halogen outside frosted minican base LAMP, 150 watts maximum. Insert LAMP into SOCKET. Turn clockwise until tight. To remove, turn counterclockwise. (Fig. 6)

3.Replace LOUVER with GLASS LAMP GUARD in place by pushing straight up until LOUVER is flush with FIXTURE HOUSING.

WARNING: Lamp manufacturers require the GLASS LAMP GUARD be in place before energizing LAMP, and that great care should be taken that LAMP is fully cooled before relamping.
