For tooltuner we want to use our "All Applications" settings. To use All Applications, just set assignment to "Use Global Settings"
Note, "All Applications" configuration is a special configuration that is setup for all applications for which a configuration doesn't exist.

Global Settings" is used for a specific control, that control will come directly from "All Applications".
By default, tooltuner settings under "All Applications" is set to increase or decrease volume. And in Internet Explorer, that same action will take place when using tooltuner.
Configure triggerpoints as desired. And once complete, just click on Apply for your configurations to become effective.
You are now ready to use NuLOOQ navigator in Internet Explorer.
