INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE –

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.

Pleaseconsult a healthcare professional for the proper adjustment.

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

1. Remove Rollator from case.
2. Cut plastic ties to removebasket.
3. Unfold frame; spreadfront and back legs apart.
4. Push down locking mechanismto secure legs in place.
5. Insert tube sections ofleft and right handle bars into their
respectiveverticalframe sections.
6. Adjust handlebars to user’s height.DO NOT extend the handlebars beyond
theknurled (crosshatched)portionof the handle bars. Ensuringthat the
holeon the frameis aligned with the holeson the handle bar at the desired
armheight, insertthe bolt so that the threadsare pointing outsidethe rolla-
torframe. Tightenthe knob-nutonto the bolt. Repeatfor theopposite side
ofthe frame.

OPERATION

HANDBRAKE:Squeeze hand brakesto stop; releasehand brakesto walk.
Ensurethatboth hand brakesare squeezedat the same time to ensureproper
braking.Ifonly one hand brakeis squeezed, onlyone wheel will brake.
TOLOCK: Pushhand brakes downto lock. Ensurethat both left and righthand
brakesarelocked. Alwayslock hand brakeswhen user is immobile;never sit on
restseatif hand brakes arenot locked.
TOUNLOCK: Lift hand brakes up to unlock.
FOLDINGROLLATOR: Remove any attached accessories, such as the
wireshopping basket. Flip up locking mechanisms. Press legs together.

ATTACHACCESSORIES

SHOPPINGBASKET:
Attachwire shopping basket hooks beneath walker rest seat.

MAINTENANCE

Fordust and dirt, wipe Rollator gently with damp, soft cloth.
Use a mild soap and water solution to clean, rinse with clear water,
thendry with a soft cloth.
Never use organicsolvents, abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on
anypart of Rollator.
Check fit and tightness of all nuts, bolts and knobs weekly to ensure
thatRollator is safe to use.
Toguarantee the best service fromyour Rollator, alwaysspecify
Lumexreplacement parts,available from your Lumex dealer.

9. If thehand brakes fail to stop the Rollator,contact
