1Power Adaptor (B)

1.Remove Element Touch Lamp from carton.

2.Place unit on a sturdy, leveled surface.

3.Attach Adaptor jack (B) to Element Touch Lamp base (A) and plug into power outlet.

4.Touch lamp to operate ON/OFF.

Caution

1.Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord, plug or cable.

2.Use the provided adaptor only.

3.Keep cord away from heated areas.
