Service for Mackie products is available at our factory, located in sunny Woodinville, Washington. Service for Mackie products living outside the United States can be obtained through local dealers or distributors.
If your Big Knob needs service, follow these instruc- tions:
1.Review the preceding troubleshooting sugges- tions. Please.
2.Call Tech Support at
3.Keep this owner’s manual and the detachable linecord. We don’t need them to repair Big Knob.
4.Pack Big Knob in its original package, including endcaps and box. This is very important. When you call for the RA number, please let Tech Sup- port know if you need new packaging. Mackie is not responsible for any damage that occurs due to

6.Write the RA number in BIG PRINT on top of the box. Units sent to us without the RA num- ber will be refused.
