OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: Oven can cook pizza size up to 12 inches. Do not bake rising dough crust pizzas in the Pizza Oven.
1.Slide the food rack out from the Pizza Oven.
2.Place the pizza on the food rack.
3.Slide the food rack into the Pizza Oven.
4.Set the timer to desired bake time to start baking. Remember to set the timer over 2 minutes in order to activate the timer.
5.Average baking time is 8 to 12 minutes depending on crust size, topping, and personal taste preferences.
6.Check the pizza midway through baking. If necessary, rotate the pizza to ensure even baking.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: Pizza Oven has sharp surrounding edges on the unit and the crumb tray. Use proper caution when cleaning or operating the unit.
A.Allow the Pizza Oven to cool before cleaning.
B.To clean the crumb tray, remove and rinse with warm soapy water.
C.Use soft cloth to wipe dry the crumb tray before placing it back in the Pizza Oven.
D.Proper cleaning and maintenances will reduce the risk of food accumulation that may cause smoke or carbon build‐up.
