Temperature Control

When you plug in your unit for the first time, the temperature will automatically be set to 50°F. The temperature display window will show the cavity temperature at that exact moment.

The shown temperature reading will change as the cavity temperature continues to change until the desired pre-set temperature is achieved. The lead-time to achieve the pre-set temperature depends on the nature and quantity of the object placed inside the cavity.

The temperature range can be set as low as 39°F or as high as 72°F to suit your specific storage requirements. You can adjust the desired temperature by pressing the ‘UP’ and ‘Down’ temperature buttons on the control panel.

The actual cabinet temperature in thermal electric units is dependent on the ambient room temperature. Thus, the unit may not reach the desired preset temperature. For example, when the ambient temperature is 77°F, the lowest cabinet temperature that the wine cooler can reach is approximately 50°F. When the ambient temperature is 70°F, the cabinet temperature can reach approximately 43°F.

In the event of a power failure or interruption, all modified settings will be lost and the default settings will be restored once power resumes.

This unit does not have a warming function. For example, when the ambient temperature reaches below the pre-set temperature, the unit will stop running. The unit will reactivate after the ambient temperature is higher than the pre-set temperature.
