Permanent drain:

It is possible to have the water bypass the water tank and run straight to a drain. On the rear at the bottom (13 in illustration page

2)there is a pipe to which you can attach a hose to feed the water directly to the drain.

Remember to remove the stopper from the pipe.

We recommend emptying the tank completely in this way if it is to remain unused for a prolonged period.

Installation:

It is important that the device is positioned on a firm level surface well away from other objects. It must be at least 30 cm away from walls or other objects. The air outlet must not be covered.

Fitting the flexible hose

Movable:

Attach one end of the hose to the device. Fit the other adapter to the other end, and feed it out into the open.

Fixed installation:

Attach one end of the hose to the device. Attach the other fitting to the other end, and feed it through the wall and out into the open. When the device is not in use the hole can be covered by a lid (enclosed).

The flexible hose can stretch from 500 mm to 2000 mm. We recommend, however, keeping it as short as possible.

Do not overstretch the flexible hose.

Installation set for window

An adapter for fitting in a window is enclosed. This can be positioned either vertically or horizontally.

MAINTENANCE

Always remove the plug from the socket before cleaning. Do not use cleaning agents containing solvents.

Use a well-wrung damp cloth. Wipe off with a dry cloth.

The air filter:

The air filter should be cleaned at least once a fortnight.

To remove the air filter, open the grille at the side, where the filter is located in a special holder.

It can be cleaned by washing in hot water and a neutral cleaning agent.

Allow it to dry before replacing it in the device, but avoid drying it in direct sunlight.

Replace it in the filter holder and close the grille.
