INTRODUCTION

Before you start using your new Health Grill, we would ask you to read these instructions first. We also recommend that you save them in case you need them at a later point to remind yourself of the grill’s functions.

PRIOR TO FIRST USE

Before using the grill for the first time, you should wipe the hot plates with a damp cloth. Then oil the hot plates with a small amount of butter, margarine or cooking oil.

IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES:

-Use the grill for its intended purpose.

-The grill must only be connected to a 230V supply.

-Never touch the metal parts of the grill while it is in use. The metal parts will get very hot during use.

-Do not immerse the grill, cord or plug in any form of liquid.

-After you have finished using it, remove the plug from the wall socket.

-Avoid pulling the cord, as this may pull the plug from the wall socket.

-Do not allow the cord to hang over the edge of the table, and make sure that the cord does not become trapped in a draw or similar.

-Before cleaning, remove the plug from the wall socket and ensure the grill is completely cool.

-Do NOT use metal utensils on the non-stick treated hot plates.

-Do not leave the grill unattended when in use.

-The grill should always be kept out of the reach of children.

-Do not use the grill if the grill or cord becomes damaged. Take it to a specialist for repair.

NB!

Place the grill on a heat-resistant surface or mat.

The grill must not be placed under a cupboard or close to curtains or other flammable materials.

Be careful of the hot steam emitted from the grill when it is opened.
