Para evitar que el café caliente se desborde de la portafiltros:

•Cuando use café descafeinado, no exceda la cantidad de porción recomendada por el fabricante de café.

•Si el portafiltros se desborda, desenchufe la cafetera y permita que el café que se encuentra en el foso para portafiltros se enfríe antes de abrir el foso para portafiltros.

Su cafetera está equipada con una característica para “Pausa y Servir”, que le permite verter una taza de café mientras aún se está preparando. Si vacía una taza mientras lo prepara, regrese la garrafa a la base antes de 20 segundos, ya que el agua caliente continúa fluyendo en la portafiltros mientras esta característica está en uso. El café desbordándose y el agua caliente son un riesgo de quemadura.
