Important Safety Instructions

Please keep this instruction manual in a safe place,along with the warranty card,purchase receipt and carton for future reference,The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of fire,electric shock and injury when correctly adhered to.

1.Do not attempt to repair,disassemble or modify the appliance.

2.If the supply cord is damaged,it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

3.This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

4.Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

5.Do not operate the appliance outdoors.

6.Power plug must be removed from power socket before cleaning, servicing, maintenance or moving the appliance.

Caution

3.Make sure the unit will be on a flat and secure surface before being switch on.

4.Make sure that all electrical connections are clean and dry.

5.Make sure the lid is correctly and securely fitted before switch the unit on.

6.Never leave the filter loose in the kettle,it can only be placed on te lid tongue.

7.Never remove the filter when the kettle contains hot water.

8.Never fill the kettle while on it’s base.If the base unit becomes wet,unplug it prior to cleaning.

9.Make sure the kettle is disconnected from the main supply when not in use.
