Conveyor Bagel Toaster
The Merco/Savory BT-1 Mini-Conveyor Bagel Toaster brings the advantage of conveyor style toasting to your lower volume needs. The Bt-1 is designed to toast the product on the top side only. The heater control knob and the conveyor speed knob enable the operator to adjust to the desired toasting requirements. The BT-1 can produce up to 425 bagel halves per hour. (Depending on moisture and sugar content of product as well as color preference).
The BT-1 Bagel Toaster is available in 120 volt, single phase, AC only.
BEFORE INSTALLATION
NOTE: Upon receipt of this unit, immediately unpack and inspect for possible concealed shipping damage. If unit is found to be damaged, save all packing materials and contact your delivery carrier within 5 days. Refer to “Shipping Damage Instructions” enclosed for detailed instructions. Failure to follow these instructions will negate Merco/Savory’s or your ability to file claims and receive compensation for shipping damage.
This manual contains important safety and installation-operation instructions. Require all operators to read this manual before using the unit. Failure to follow the instructions contained in this manual may cause injury, dam- age to the unit, and will void the warranty.
