Many functions of the scanner can be configured or enabled/disabled.
The scanner is shipped from the factory configured to a set of default conditions.
The default parameter of the scanner has an asterisk (*) in the charts on the
following pages. If an asterisk is not in the default column, the default setting is
OFF or DISABLED. Every interface does not support every parameter. If the
interface supports a parameter listed in the charts on the following pages, a
check mark (9) will appear.
