When You Receive a Message

If your phone is ON and you receive a Caller ID*, Voice Mail* Notiﬁcation, or alphanumeric message:

1.Your StarTAC™ phone will beep to inform you of an incoming message.

2.The display will show the number

of new messages you’ve received:	01 nEQW

See Receiving Calls on page 30 for information on receiving a Caller ID message.

The Message Center is like a virtual bulletin board where up to 20 Caller ID, Voice Mail Notiﬁcation or pager-like alpha- numeric messages can be stored. If the Message Center becomes full, it will replace the oldest messages with new messages as they are received.

To enter the Message Center:
