1.Abra la canasta de preparación girándola hacia la izquierda. Inserte un filtro MR. COFFEE® dentro de la canasta de preparación negra y removible que se encuentra en el interior.

2.Agregue la cantidad deseada de café molido al filtro. Consulte el cuadro de medidas de café. Suavemente agite el filtro para nivelar el café molido.

3.Asegúrese de que el filtro esté centrado y después cierre la tapa de la canasta de preparación.

4.Llene la jarra con la cantidad deseada de agua fría, de acuerdo a las marcas en la parte lateral de la jarra. (1 taza = 5 onzas).

5.Vierta el agua dentro del tanque de agua. NOTA: Para llenar el tanque de una forma precisa y sencilla, observe las marcas que indican la cantidad de agua en el interior del tanque. Coloque la jarra vacía sobre el plato calefactor.

6.Coloque el interruptor de su cafetera en la posición de encendido ON. Cuando el café deje de fluir en la cafetera, el ciclo de preparación se ha completado.

7.Cuidadosamente saque la canasta de preparación negra y removible que se encuentra en el interior y deseche los granos y el filtro de papel que utilizó. Enjuáguela y colóquela nuevamente. NOTA: Quite la jarra del plato calefactor antes de abrir la canasta de preparación. Esto prevendrá que la válvula que detiene el goteo se atore con la tapa de la jarra.

8.Para preparar otra jarra de café, repita los Pasos del 1 al 7.

9.Apague su cafetera cuando la jarra esté vacía.

ADVERTENCIA: Para reducir el riesgo de lesiones o daños, que resulten de un desbordamiento, asegúrese de que la jarra esté correctamente colocada en el centro debajo de la canasta de preparación durante el ciclo de preparación de café. El café preparado y los granos de café tanto en la canasta de preparación como en la jarra, están muy calientes. Manéjelos con cuidado para evitar quemaduras. Si la canasta de preparación se desborda, o si la canasta de preparación no drena correctamente el café a la jarra durante el ciclo de preparación,

no abra o tome la canasta. Desconecte la cafetera y espere a que los contenidos se enfríen antes de manejarlos.
