To clean mineral deposits from your coffeemaker:
I.> Pour four cups of undiluted white household vinegar into the water reservoir.
2.1Place a paper filter into the removable filter basket and close the brew basket lid.
3.) Place the empty decanter on the warming plate.
Maker sure to center the decanter
!squarely on the warming plate to /\ avoid the possibility of overflow.
4.) Start the brew cycle for models:
•UNIQ and UN13
Place the ON/OFF switch in the ON position to turn the coffeemaker on.
•UNXQO and UNXQJ
Press the BREW NOW button to turn the coffeemaker on.

When three cups of vinegar have flowed into the decanter, turn the coffeemaker off and let the vinegar stand for 30 minutes.
Place the decanter on the warming plate and turn the coffeemaker back on and let all the vinegar flow through. When the brew cycle is complete, turn the coffeemaker off and discard both the vinegar and the paper filter .
