AT-67207A MURPHY SWICHGAGE® * constantly monitors pressure, level, temperature or load. Adjustable high and low contacts on SWICHGAGE® are set slightly above and below desired operating point. When demand changes, pointer touches appropriate high or low contact and signals speed change. AT-67207 controller responds only so long as contact is made — Controller stops immediately when contacts separate. Slow, smooth action prevents “hunting” or “surging” on normal applica- tions. Stepper kit, listed below, is available for critical applica- tions.

*Mercury tube or snap-action switches are not suitable for this type control — A Murphy SWICHGAGE® or equal must be used.

Model STR-71204is offered for applications where slight changes in engine RPM make significant change is pressure, level, load, ect. These conditions can be due to close differential requirements, con- stant speed, automated pumps and/or valves on same line and where engine and pump are simply oversized for application. The stepper kit is a solid state device that meters SWICHGAGE® signal to controller in pulses. Both “on” and “off” time periods are inde-pen- dently adjustable to meet the most critical requirement.
