The microphone should never be dropped or subjected to extreme shock. Store only in a padded case to protect it during transport.

Keep the microphone away from extremely high temperatures (above 140˚F or 60˚C) and humidity. Avoid leaving the microphone in direct sunlight for long periods of time.

When using the microphone outdoors, avoid getting it wet.

After use in a high-moisture application such as a stage performance, wipe off the microphone with a dry cloth and permit it to air dry. Do not store the unit in a closed space (e.g., a plastic bag) until all moisture has evaporated.

DM-90 specifications

The Nady Systems DM-90 is a cutting-edge wireless microphone system designed for a variety of applications including live performances, presentations, and studio recordings. Renowned for its reliability and exceptional sound quality, the DM-90 is a versatile solution for both amateur and professional users.

One of the standout features of the DM-90 is its UHF frequency range, which offers improved performance and reduced interference compared to VHF systems. With a frequency response that spans from 50Hz to 15kHz, the DM-90 ensures that audio capture remains clear and vibrant, making it suitable for vocalists, speakers, and instrumentalists alike.

The DM-90 is equipped with a handheld microphone that provides an ergonomic design, allowing for easy handling during performances. The microphone utilizes a dynamic capsule that delivers a warm and natural sound, making it an ideal choice for a variety of vocal styles. Its cardioid pickup pattern effectively isolates the desired sound source while minimizing background noise, which is essential for live environments.

In terms of connectivity, the DM-90 comes with a reliable diversity receiver that enhances signal stability. This technology reduces the likelihood of dropouts and interference, which can be an issue with lower-quality systems. The receiver features both XLR and 1/4" output options, allowing for seamless integration with various audio equipment, including mixers and amplifiers.

User-friendliness is a key characteristic of the DM-90. The system offers an easy-to-read LCD display that provides real-time information, including battery status, channel, and signal strength. This ensures that users can monitor the microphone’s performance at all times.

Battery life is another highlight of the DM-90, with the handheld microphone supporting extensive use on a single set of AA batteries. This feature is particularly beneficial for events that require long periods of operation without access to power sources.

Overall, the Nady Systems DM-90 is a powerful and reliable wireless microphone system that combines advanced technology with user-friendly features. Its high-quality audio, robust construction, and versatile applications make it a preferred choice for those seeking professional-grade performance in both live and studio environments.
