Setting Heart Rate Zone

Follow steps through to set heart rate zone limits and turn zone alarm ON/OFF.

Out-of-Zone Indicators If your heart rate is out of your zone the LO or HI indicators will flash

in the display.

Press button to select adjustable element.

Set upper	Set lower
heart rate	heart rate
limit	limit
Turn heart	Turn audible
rate zone ON	zone alarm
	ON/OFF

Zone Alarm ON Indicator

If zone alarm is ON the watch will beep as your heart rate moves out of your zone.
