Print Date

G button ➜ Bsetup menu

Choose the date information imprinted on photographs as they are taken. Date imprints can not be added to or removed from existing photos.

Option	Description
Off	The time and date do not appear on photographs.
a Date	The date or date and
		10 . 15 . 2013
	time are imprinted on
b Date and	photographs taken
		10 . 15 . 2013 10 : 02
	while this option is in
time	effect.
Date	New photos are imprinted with a time stamp
	showing the number of days between the date of
c counter
	shooting and a selected date (see below).

At settings other than Off, the selected option is indicated by a dicon in the information display.

APrint Date

The date is recorded in the order selected for Time zone and date

(0 242). The imprinted data may be cropped out or rendered illegible in copies created when images are retouched (0 263). The date does not appear on panoramas or on NEF (RAW) or NEF (RAW)+JPEG images.
