Use Templates

The Nokia 3390 has five preset messages, or "templates," that you can use for writing a message.

1Press Menu 2 3.

Write messages appears followed by an open message screen.

2Press Options, scroll to Templates, and press OK.

3Scroll to the template you want and press Select.

4When the template appears you can write the remainder of the message as appropriate.

Create a template

You can create up to three templates.

1Press Menu 2 5.

A list of current templates appears.

2Scroll to one of the templates labeled (empty) and press Read.

3Press Options, and when Edit appears highlighted, press Select.

4Write a message of up to 40 characters.

5Press Options and scroll to Save.

6Press OK.

Template saved appears.

1Press Menu 2 5.

The Template list appears.

2Scroll to the template you want to edit and press Read.

3Press Options.

When Edit appears highlighted, press Select.

4Edit the template.

When you’re finished, press Options.
