Printer takes a long time to start printing
Possible cause
The printer has to warm up returning from power save mode.
The printer is cleaning the image drum. This helps ensure good print quality. The cleaning process takes time.
The printer is adjusting the temperature of the fuser. This takes time.
The printer is processing data from another interface.
Remedy
In the printer menu settings, set power save to a higher value to increase the length of time before entering power save mode.
